You Have Chosen Wisely

Skylar bought a comic book for himself today from Dollar Tree that was sealed in plastic. When he got it home and leafed through it, he decided to throw it away. He told Ron that "it was inappropriate". We have strived from day one to teach him how to guard his eyes, ears, mind and heart from things that would threaten his innocence. I am so thankful that my boys are learning to do this on their own now. It is easier to relax and hope that things turn out ok. But God has placed these children in our care, to raise them to be responsible men who love and fear Him. It is an awesome responsibility that I wouldn't trade for anything!
